Returns, Exchange & Cancellations
All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product.
Despite these variables, at IOH, we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow exchange/ return/ refund (for eligible product categories) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
The exchange, return & refund policies mentioned below are applicable only on the Purchases made online through our official website (www.indiaofhandicrafts.com)
All products sold at Indiaofhandicrafts.com are covered under our 7 Day Refund/Replacement Guaranteed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund Claiming Process
Go to Contact on the main menu of our website & fill up the form with proper information about your case or drop a mail at contact@indiaofhandicrafts.com or call us on +91-901-5326-331, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges will bear by us if the shipment address is limited to India and customers outside India have to bear shipment charges.

You can get your money back into your originating bank account or you can opt for a gift card which can be used for any future purchases on our website. You can also opt for a Paytm Wallet transfer in case you have paid via COD mode.
Order Cancellations at IOH
If you've cancelled an order before your order has been shipped we will refund your amount as quick as possible. But if your order has been shipped there will be 2 things that could happen.

1. Product has been shipped & not yet delivered to you: In that case you have to inform us via mail (contact@indiaofhandicrafts.com) or you can call on the number given on our website, we will initiate your refund as quick as possible.

2. Product has been shipped and delivered to you: In that case you have to inform us via mail (contact@indiaofhandicrafts.com) or you can call on the number given on our website, we will initiate a pick up (charges bear by IOH) and once we received the product then will initiate your refund accordingly.
Refund Time
Refund will be initiate according to the conditions that we've explained above. But to give you an idea, it will take 1-7 days for refund according to the situation.
